The teachers of Hilliard United Methodist Pre-School recognize many of their "graduates" who are now excelling in elementary, middle, high school and college. The school currently employs 20 experienced teachers. Some have been with the pre-school since it started in 1971; others recently joined the staff to accommodate the pre-school's growing enrollment.
All members of the staff receive ongoing teacher training. This continuing education assures that teachers can assess the first signs of emotional or educational trouble in our children, and can help the children take full advantage of their learning abilities.
We maintain a student-teacher ratio as previously shown, which are below state requirements. This fulfills the requirements of the State of Ohio in order to maintain our license as a pre-school facility and also assures that all students receive careful attention.
